This Christmas Eve and Day, gather around the SALTLICK fire and celebrate with a menu designed for sharing and unforgettable flavour.
At the heart of our festive table is a 500g wood-fired Iberico Porchetta, slow-cooked for six hours over open flames, gently smoked using coffee wood and generously stuffed with Iberico pork neck, garlic, clove, allspice, sage, mandarin zest, and a subtle note of finely chopped dried apricot
We will also be serving Lobster and Oysters for those looking for something a little special. (not included on set menu)
