SALTLICK’s Chef Jeremy Hunt, known for his bold wood-fired craft, joins forces with Chef Daijiro Horikoshi, a specialist of the revered art of Japanese cuisine and the creative force behind TAKUMI. Together they present Ember & Blade, a 9-course omakase journey where fire, finesse, and centuries of culinary tradition meet on the plate.

Expect a menu that moves between delicate precision and primal smoke, refined seafood and vegetables, wood-charred cuts, and dishes guided by Japanese harmony and SALTLICK heat. Each course is paired with carefully selected Japanese sake, chosen to enhance aroma, structure, and depth.

This is not simply a dinner, it’s a dialogue between two chefs, two cultures, and two expressions of craft.
