This November, SALTLICK invites you to an intimate celebration of Northern Italy’s most revered winemaking region, Langhe, home to Piemonte’s iconic hills and legendary vineyards.
Hosted by our Restaurant Manager Andrea, and paired with wood-fired cuisine from Chef Jeremy Hunt, this one-night-only dinner brings the depth and elegance of Langhe wines to our table in Bali.
Expect a guided journey through three boutique expressions of the region:
- Dolcetto – soft, elegant, and deeply fragrant
- Barbera – vibrant acidity and bright fruit
- Barolo – structured, complex, and truly regal
Each wine is thoughtfully paired with a course inspired by fire, flavour, and Piemonte’s humble yet expressive culinary soul culminating in a shared dry-aged steak on the bone, the SALTLICK way.
