Código Dinner This Good Friday
Easter weekend, SALTLICK will mark Good Friday with a special one-night dining experience celebrating the craft of tequila.
On Friday, 3 April, the Seminyak steakhouse will host a Código Tequila Pairing Dinner, a five-course evening designed to explore the depth and versatility of the renowned Mexican tequila house.
Courses will be paired with a 30ml tasting pour of Código tequila, alongside a cocktail built from the same expression, allowing guests to experience the spirit in two distinct ways. The menu is being developed by Chef Jeremy Hunt, who will design each dish around the flavour profile of the tequila, pairing SALTLICK’s signature wood-fired cooking with notes of agave, citrus, spice, and oak.
A special Código cocktail menu will also be available throughout the evening, with cigars offered afterwards for guests who wish to continue the night. (Not included in dinner price.)
Timed to coincide with Good Friday and the start of the Easter weekend, the dinner offers a relaxed and distinctive way to begin the long holiday, bringing together exceptional tequila, bold cooking, and SALTLICK’s signature hospitality.
