First Course: The Flame Awakening:
Begin with the smoky allure of Charred Beet Carpaccio, where fire-roasted beets meet the creaminess of smoked goat cheese, toasted hazelnuts, and a vibrant blood orange vinaigrette.
Second Course: Elegance of the Ocean
Succumb to the luxury of a Grilled Oyster with Caviar, kissed by Josper flames and adorned with Champagne butter, Ossetra caviar, and a citrus foam that dances on the palate.
Third Course: The Lovers Catch
Let the night heat up with Wood-Fired Rock Lobster Tail, brushed with smoked chili butter and served atop creamy corn purée, charred scallions, and honey-lime glaze.
Main Course: The Heart of the Flame
Savour perfection with Josper-Seared Wagyu Rump Cap, paired with black garlic whipped potatoes, fire-roasted asparagus, and a decadent truffle-infused demi-glace.
Dessert: Sweet Indulgence
End on a high note with our Dark Chocolate and Cherry Tart, featuring fire-roasted cherries, velvety ganache, and caramelised rose petals, all crowned with vanilla bean gelato.
